Direct Care is a simpler model of healthcare where we work directly with you—not insurance companies. You pay for your visit or choose a membership plan, which allows us to offer transparent pricing, more time with Dr. Olson, and flexible, same- or next-day scheduling.

Insurance often covers the basics, but our goal is to help you prevent complications before they happen. By removing the insurance middleman, we can dedicate more time to your care, provide clear pricing, and create treatment plans designed for lasting results — not just quick fixes.

We do not bill insurance for visits or procedures. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits you can submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. (Please note that Medicare and Medicaid typically will not reimburse.)

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards.

We provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, including:

• Digital X-rays and imaging

• Custom orthotic evaluations and fittings (including 3D foot scans)

• Ingrown toenail treatment (gentle and permanent options)

• Callus and wart care

• Regenerative injection therapies

• Surgical prevention therapies

• Membership packages for ongoing foot health​

Your first visit includes a full foot health evaluation with any necessary X-rays, a full physical exam, and a personalized treatment plan. Prescriptions may be provided if needed, allowing you to start care immediately.

We want you to feel relaxed and cared for. Our comfort services include weighted or heated blankets, noise-canceling headphones, and fidget/stress devices for added ease.

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office, emailing us, or using our online booking feature. Same-day and next-day appointments are often available.

No. You can book directly with Dr. Olson — no referral is required. This means you can get care sooner and start addressing your foot or ankle concerns without waiting for extra paperwork or appointments.

Yes! Our Foundation Foot Health Membership includes up to 12 visits a year, custom orthotics, foot soaks, callus care, toenail treatments, nail fungus care, and discounts on nail polish and soak solutions.
